All orders are typically processed within the time frames outlined below. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may occasionally be delayed. In such cases, we’ll contact you via email or phone if there’s a significant delay.

UAE Addresses (Saturday–Thursday)

  • Delivery Time: Up to 3 working days

  • Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (UAE Time = GMT +4)

  • Fees: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: on orders over AED 800

KSA, Oman, Kuwait & Qatar Addresses (Saturday–Thursday)

  • Delivery Time: Up to 5 working days

  • Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (UAE Time = GMT +4)

  • Fees: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: on orders over AED 1000

Bahrain Addresses (Saturday–Thursday)

  • Delivery Time: Up to 5 working days

  • Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (UAE Time = GMT +4)

  • Fees: Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: on orders over AED 1000

International Addresses (Saturday–Thursday)

  • Delivery Time: Up to 7 working days

  • Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (UAE Time = GMT +4)

  • Shipping Fees: Paid by the customer and calculated at checkout

Delivery times serve as guidelines. We’ll always do our best to meet them, though some exceptions may apply. For unique products, shipping info will be noted on the product page.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Terms

  • We do not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.
